Alfred’s Cottage
Originally, Alfred’s Cottage was the home of the caretaker for the Mascotte Villa, which was built by the comical opera writer Alfred Duru.
The house is located in the heart of the village of Villers sur Mer. Everything is central, so it is easy to park the car and go shopping, to the beach (at 350meters), scenic walks, and visit restaurants all easily by foot…
Villers sur Mer is situated on the Côte Fleurie between the towns of Deauville and Cabourg. It is 30 minutes from Honfleur, 1H30 from the Normandy landing beaches and 40 minutes from the larger town of Caen.
The house is comfortably equipped, and has a charming seaside atmosphere. Most of the decorations were recuperated during my journeys, with a mixture of old and new styles. You will enjoy relaxing in the garden on the deckchairs, after a busy day of holiday sightseeing.
Description of the Cottage :
Ground floor: a sitting room, kitchen and toilets
1st Floor: a bedroom with double bed (160×200 cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (80x100cm), a bathroom with toilets and a wide landing.
