Saint Gatien golf course
This golf course, located in Saint Gatien, offers a nice lanscape of the Pays d’Auge. The 9 first holes can seem easy, but you should stay alert as the last 9 holes are much more rolling. There are some amazing views of the estuary of the Seine. It will be a real challenge to get a good score.
Houlgate golf course
A golf course of 18 holes, it is located in the park of the Château de Beuzeval, in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The first part of the course is around the castle and then you need to climb up to admire the amazing views of the Normand countryside. This course is both technical and physical. It has many streams and ponds… so plenty of good ways to misplace golf balls!
Cabourg golf course
The public golfcourse of Cabourg has 9 holes, it’s perfect for beginners. It’s a good golf for training. This course has a lot of woods and some water obstacles. Also for beginners the golf has a small 3 holes.
Amirauté golf course
The golf course is located in the heart of a nature reserve where you can observe the migratory birds. The course, The Arts, offers a nice long route. As suggested by its name, the course is an open-air work-of-art. It offers 18 holes, bordered by contemporary sculptures.
New golf – Lucien Barrière
This rolling golf course overlooks the city of Deauville and offers an amazing sea views. The first nine holes seem easy and make players think that it is within their reach, but it becomes harder with the last 9 holes, very technical and physical. In my opinion, the nicest hole remains the number 16, facing the sea, with its incredible green.
Saint Julien golf course
This golf course, located in the valley of La Touques, is kind of easy on the outward journey and offers many possibilities of birdies for the most experienced players. If you feel adventurous, on your way back promises high shivers with the holes 12, 13, 14 and 18.
Cabourg Le Home golf course
This 18-hole rolling course also offers links on the seaside. The most interesting hole is the number 16, on the top of a sand dune, with an amazing view on the sea. The most uncommon aspect of the course remains the four By 3 on the last six holes.
